Not to rain on the parade but this "statistic" list given is kinda inaccurate.

479 Quests - I hope you like about 10 quests, because out of this "479" that's about all the variations you're going to get. Kill XX monsters, Kill XX monsters for X item's, Talk to this NPC, Hit this monument, Gather XX materials from the mini blue orbs on the field, Kill X NM. They really dropped the ball with this.

344 affinity links - These are cool, and you can unlock some pretty sick traits.

310 Items - Lots of items, but a lot of them are pretty useless.

165 named NPC's - True, LOADS of NPCs.

157 Unique Enemies (non-story bosses) - Yeah, this one is way off. There's more like 30 "unique" monsters. Add in 5/6 variations for every single monster and you hit this figure.

150 Record- achievements - Trophy whores rejoice.

63 Heart-To-Hearts - These are actually semi decent, but in the grand scheme of things not really worth it because the mini conversations are so short.

50 Trial-achievements - More trophy whoring :D

again, AMAZING game, but it's not perfect. So please don't expect it to be.

Sounds like a proper JRPG no doubt.  I'm expecting something around the quality of tales of symphonia. If its less corny than that, but as technically as tight then I will be delighted.  I am very thankful that Europeans proved that this game had an audience outside of Japan.  This game will now sell more than 500K, something it previously might not have.
