guys do you have any informations how much the studios get from tv stations around the world for the movie rights?
i read somewhere some time ago that they sell movie packages to the station (at least here in germany) but i have no clue how much they have to pay for the packages with a few movies/series in it.
for example disney expects to lose $200m with john carter right? but won't the dvd/digital/blu-ray sales and the sales to tv stations around the world bring a lot revenue?
i really would love to know how much the studio got for avatar as example from around the world from the tv-stations for the rights to show avatar!
