If Xbox Lite is real my bet would be that it will run apps and select XBLA games and focus on Kinect stuff for the living room. Think Apple TV with Kinect and XBLA. I doubt it will even have a disc drive.
This is probably the machine that has generated all the rumors that have misled people about the real next Xbox.
