Sony exclusives (exception of GT Series) usually flop in Europe and do very good on USA so its no surprise.
I guess Sony knows they have Europe hold with Fifas and PeS and they dont give a sh** so they try to give American Gamers incentives to buy Ps3 and not 360.
Ps3 has been doing some good numbers on USA since price drop so i guess its working for them, if it works dont fix
