I doubt it highly. There's one source we've been debating about, and he seems pretty credible. And one of the things he said is that there's no more 3rd party characters.
And I believe it. Sonic and Snake are pretty much the most kickass and obvious choices for 3rd parties...any more might be overkill. And the way this game is unfolding, I don't think they'll squeeze out another 3rd party character announcement, and I doubt there'd be a secret 3rd party character.
