Do you put in the milk or cereal in first?

I'm sorry, anyone that puts in the milk first is just plain wrong (except in the specific instance that the milk is being warmed up separately from the cereal). In fact, if I was in charge I would make it the LAW that everyone has to put the cereal in first!
