He's a Sony guy, and so is House.

Sorry that is a poor excuse, Tretton is actually very dislikable guy. Also doesn't seem to make a great business man, because ps3 is very much distance 3rd in America.  Add on top that he has some of the worse PR statements ever. I can see why Kowenicki said that. 

Don't know much about House, 

He comes off as a humble, but oft misquoted (or taken out of context), guy to me. Just watch his E3 apology for pete's sake! Probably a very likeably person in real life, but unfortunately the PR is a part of his job (and all the big guys have bad PR statements - Reggie, Don Mattrick etc.)

I don't think he comes off as humble, more like depressed half the time. Infact I would say he is very arragant regarding competitor, that isn't humble at all.
