I don't know why you are all so touchy about him saying "foreign" if Austria didn't want to be called foreign, they shouldn't have produced the most evil man to ever walk the face of the Earth.
Yes, I am speaking of Eduard Haas, inventor of Pez candy, and tyrant of the Pfefferminz, and expander of American Children's waste line. It wasn't enough that he spread his evil sugary pestulance across the German Lebensraum, after the fall of the Nazi Empire he moved his horrible despotic machine to New York City and targeted children with his dastardly treats. Austria will always be known as foreign to me, and my boy spurg, we're watching you Austria, we ARE WATCHING!
