PS: Uganda doesn't have that much oil so try to frame some other country, if you want to do this crap , target sudan, they have oil and they're poor people who love peace.... BUT NO! there are billions of these kinds of people in Africa and the middle east, and also in south america , USA should not go on places they can never seem to understand with their ignorance of what is right and wrong, and then wonder why everyone in the world hates them.
