The biggest draw for this game is the DMM particle system, where things break like they should...and the Euphoria AI, where Stormtroopers will cling to a pipe or bar to save their life, and will reach for a gun if it's near them, etc.
Obviously it's not the whole game, but it's pretty much all they've been advertising when showing the game.
So assuming the PS2 and Wii versions don't have those technologies...well...it's simply a different game, either with dumber AI or just different stuff altogether.
I'm not saying it's guaranteed to be bad. I'm saying I think the PS2 and Wii versions are considered 2nd priority for the game team, and 2nd priority games rarely are anything special.
Like I said, the thing that could redeem the Wii version would be a solid lightsaber motion control system. Doesn't have to be 1:1, but fun. That's how I see it having a chance against the other versions.
I'm a Wii supporter, but not everything is possible on this system. When a game is designed for other systems with faster processors, etc, you can't just port it down without losing something.

Bet with disolitude: Left4Dead will have a higher Metacritic rating than Project Origin, 3 months after the second game's release. (hasn't been 3 months but it looks like I won :-p )
