I expect people to accurately and concisely communicate their thoughts and ideas to me when I converse with them. Any lower expectation is too patronizing, even for me. If the only way to understand you is to research you, your beliefs, and the support for those beliefs ahead of time, then I'm afraid I'm completely uninterested in doing so.

Actually, not really. By the end of December '05, the DS had only shifted (shipped) 4.63 million units in the Americas, not all of which went to the U.S. People tend to forget just how anemic the DS' launch really was, which is part of why I'm not particularly impressed by this bit of news. The DS didn't really take off until mid-2006, which I believe aligns with the 3DS' Q1 2014. If we keep seeing similar news releases after that time, then I'll start taking notice.
