Yeah. The de-sizeing (going from 90mm to 65mm) of the cell chips, removal of the Emotion Engine, lower cost of blu-ray diodes (the things that read Blu-Ray discs), and better production.

Sony still isn't losing that much on every one, but they are at loss.
