Eh, that's bullshit. Let the customers decide what they want to do. I have almost 40 psp games so I sure as hell would save money by spending $5 to $10 for each game that I have rather than spending $10-40.

You know what would save more money? keeping a hold of your UMDs and playing them on your PSP...?

I get that, but it would still be so nice to play them on Vita.

I used to be against playing ps2 games on my ps3 because my reasoning was, my ps2 still works so what's the point. Whilst I love my ps3, I do sometimes find myself missing some ps2 games like Persona 4 and Final Fantasy X. Whilst I now occasionally scowl at my ps3 for not being able to play ps2 games, I am however too lazy to put together my ps2 and play said games...

I don't think the same conundrum applies to the PSP/Vita relationship. it hardly takes a minute to load up a UMD on your psp so I really don't see the point of this. You don't need to set anything up, just have your psp adequately charged and you are set. I get the feeling that like me, whilst people will occasionally hunger for PSP games, people won't play that many of them once they start building up a vita collection. Failing that, you are still allowed to play the psp downloadables you had so...it's not a big deal but this is just me I guess.

PS One/2/p/3slim/Vita owner. I survived the Apocalyps3/Collaps3 and all I got was this lousy signature.
