Retailers no sell digital items like PSN games etc, the difference between Vita and anything else is that Sony straight up went and said digital will be cheaper than retail.  In fact only yesterday on the PS blog, a day before posting prices that are higher than retail at worst, equal with high-end retail prices at best.

Oh. But did they outright say they would be cheaper than retail?
