Jinova said: I got to spend a few minutes with the Vita today at Gamestop. I tried...... Wipeout- looks fantastic, fast and slick. I kept banging into the walls, but I think I would get it eventually Little Deviants- I didnt know what I was doing, but it looks like it could be fun. The back touch controls were smooth. I will look into this one, check out some videos or hopefully a demo will be available when the Vita launches. Modnation- getting it day one, I love kart racing games. Hot Shots Golf- Played one hole, love the look of the game. Day one for this as well. Fifa- looks good, but the players were too tiny for my liking, but maybe thats because I am old lol. Animation was smooth The hardware is sleek and felt good in my hands. The buttons seemed a little small, but I can get used to that. I will have to agree with the complaints of load times. They seemed excessive to be running off a memory card. But the games are worth the wait I guess. Maybe this is just a demo issue or something. Regardless, Feb22nd cant come fast enough!!

I have tried it out myself this week at GS. I must say that i was impressed at how light the unit is, i would compare the weight to a CD case, very comfortable.
The staff at GS was shoving it down my mouth, "did you per order!!!!", "we are having a $25 special!!", " yes i preordered........with Amazon", funny how they back away slowly once i said that, lol.
The motion games in "Welcome Park" was smooth as hell, i was shocked at how responsive the motion sensing was, way more responsive than any iphone motion sensing game.
Once you get to spend some time with the Vita you will quickly notice that Sony clearly dedicated most their time and money into making this into a gaming device 1st and foremost, not a media device. The vita is like a duel shock 3 controller in your hands with an awesome screen in the middle. The Vita was built for gaming from the ground up. The 15th can't come soon enough.
