Could you elaborate on that? Stuttering, coudling/bleeding on the image is a problem even on the most expensive Samsung LEDs. And they still haven't caught up with plasmas in contrast and blackness. My biggest fear is of the clouding/bleeding when watching movies on a LCD/LED. |
Plasma have faster response and smoother motion with 600Hz but you might have also heard that plasmas suffer from screen burn-in, an affliction not commonly associated with LEDs. Screen burn in occurs when an image is left too long on a screen, resulting in a ghost of that image "burned in". Newer plasmas like Panasonic are improved technology and features such as screensavers, but burn-in can still be a problem. If you don't mind this Panasonic is a great brand for plasma to get. However, nothing beats Samsung UN40B7000 40-Inch 1080p 120Hz LED HDTV for gaming.
