Should 2D Mario 3DS be Wii-U compatible like Smash Bros?

Brawl is going to get home/mobile compatibility. Why shouldn't 2D Mario have it too?

Wii Sports -U could be compatibe with Brain Training Sports 3DS.

Wii Fit U could have some pedometer gimmick as  a mobile 3DS app.

Mario Kart Wii-U could make new tracks available on MK 7.

Pokemon would be ripe for this too with that stadium stuff.

The Nintendo Network could see all Virtual console games linked to an account and so playable at home and on the move.

Combine this with shitty, free pokemon/mario apps with little/no content (cheap advertising) on non-gaming dedicated devices like iphones, pc's and bluray players and Nintendo has it's own gaming ecosystem going.
