I'm assuming this magazine is American in which case the list makes sense. I think it is pretty likely that the 360 is by far the most popular console in America for the type of people who would be subscribed to a video game magazine. So thus it has the advantage of being the most popular recent console with 4 exclusive ips more popular than any ps3 exclusives in America along with all the popular multiplatform games.
