As for Casino Royale 1957, I couldn't see the cards on the table, the version I watched had very poor quality.

As for your comment about Bond avoiding getting his nuts popped, I watched Casino Royale again a few days ago and realised that just before "the guy" came in (vague to avoid spoilers), Le Chiffre was just about to start cutting his man parts off, ouch.

Yes, that's the one. Could you see the cards in that one? Maybe I wasn't paying enough attention.
