No, in Dr. No the car explodes after it goes halfway down the cliff. In Goldfinger the car explodes the instant that it goes off of the cliff. An honest mistake since both scenes were so similar. I will talk about it in my Goldfinger thread if you promise to grace me with your presence in it.
