Skyrim for me is about somewhere between 7-10 depending on how I look at it.
The middle point being 8.5 and my score
My reasoning is that while it has many pros, and variety to be a great game, it is broken in many parts. I encountered enough quest glitches and one that completely ruined the quest be making it impossible to complete, until you load up previous save and do it again.
