My least favourite is 64... I really can't choose between Galaxy and Galaxy 2, Galaxy 2 is a better game, yet i have to admit that galaxy fascinated me more since 2 felt like an amazing sequel. In terms personal favourites:
1. Galaxy 2
2. 3D Land (What an amazing game, best 3D boss fight by far)
3. Galaxy
4. Sunshine (love the game, but Galaxy and 3D Land have a better formula)
5. 64 (never gotten into it in the N64, played the DS version and it was good but not great)
Edit: Scratch that, Switch Galaxy 2 with Galaxy, I don't know what I was thinking. Galaxy 2 is just far superior! and Galaxy doesn't get second only because 3D Land is original and game of its own. Putting the galaxies first and second doesnt feel right. Anyways Mario is in great form right now! Can't wait for NSMB 3DS :)
