This does tend to always be a issue when the PS3 gets downwards adjustments, I find it perplexing that if people think the adjustments are wrong they don't just sit back and wait till future data proves them right then they chime in with the "I told you so's". Works well for the MS crowd, who are in fairness being quite laid back about this at present. |
It's not 1/12 of the Year though, with NPD out in literally ~24 Hours, it's 1/365 of the Year. If these adjustments are purely in the US, then I see no reason to keep those adjustments on hold until we see more accurate data.
I don't think the PS3 fanbase here actually cares much about these adjustments. Simply because despite them, VGChartz still has the PS3 in the lead, despite what Steve said the other night.
