No, Sony, Microsoft, and Nintendo care about making money. Their business models, demographics, and intended market appeal be appear different, but at the end of the day they are corporations with one goal, make more money then last year. Fans of each console and it's respective library of games would all argue that their company of choice treats them better then their rivals, but it's all about taste. If you like Halo you're going to say Microsoft cares about you and gives you what you want. If you love God of War you're going to say it's Sony. If you love Mario or Zelda you're going to say it's Nintendo that treats you best.
