They meant December, they just worded it wrong in the article.

 

VGC has PS3 at 3.77m, so if by 'retail sales' they mean sold to consumers, VGC is spot on.

So does that mean... Ps3 sales doesnt need to be adjusted at all?

No, no... I made a mistake, this is 2009... commented that above.

I still have no idea of what they mean by November to December.
