FIFA Top, Ahead of Fitness Drive
‘FIFA 12’ (-63%) kicks off 2012 as a non-mover at the top, followed by EA stable mate ‘Battlefield 3’ (-63%) which moves up one place to No2.
‘Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3’ (-76%) slips one place to No3. ‘Just Dance 3’ (-67%) stays at No4 ahead of ‘The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim’ (-55%) which manages to climb 3 places to No5 with sales falling by a smaller margin than its competitors. It looks like ‘Zumba Fitness’ (+11%) is the go-to title for shedding that unwanted Christmas weight as it bounces back into the Top 10, up from No19 to No6. ‘Need for Speed: The Run’ (-68%) spends a third week at No7, ahead of ‘Saints Row: The Third’ (-72%) at No8, ‘Rage’ (-41%) at No9 and ‘Assassin’s Creed: Revelations’ (-79%) which drops 5 places to No10. ‘Zumba Fitness’ may be the only Top 40 title to increase in sales this week, however other fitness titles also benefit with ‘Zumba Fitness 2’ (-0%) up from No28 to No12, ‘EA Sports Active 2’ (-24%) up from No37 to No20 and Wii Fit Plus (-7%) a re-entry at No27.
