it's somewhat true, the reason the 3DS was a tad bit of a disappointment was that they showed all these awesome games yet none were available( and still aren't) at launch. There were no good title at launch accept capcom's "easy grab at cash" Super Street Fighter IV. now the 3DS is having some stellar sales so...now what?
for the Wii U I believe we need more time to judge whether is a disappointment.
