I was thinking that you were using "happii" (as in, my Wii makes mii happii) instead of happy.
VG$ propably has a lot to do with it, as well as Leo-j trying to catch Soriku, mods giving new rules considering spamming (and people had to try their limits) and some other minor stuff.
