this list excluded more recent games that came out this year, hence why modern warfare 3 won most anticipated. I would be willing to bet arkham city, uncharted 3, skyrim, etc. weren't even considered since they came out at the later half of the year.
So basically its only real competition was littlebigplanet 2 and portal 2, so its not so ridiculous it won.
