I...don't know! I liked them all equally (though the original and Super Circuit haven't aged well.)
I'd say the one I spent the most time with was Double Dash, though I thoughougly enjoyed Mario Kart DS, Mario Kart Wii, and Mario Kart 64. Haven't played 7 (or 3DS) yet, but I will at christmas.
