I say WiiU controller only. Many users have reported problems with Wii Motion Plus and Zelda SS (myself included), and judging from sales (I don't see Zelda SS going beyond 3M), I don't think they will be returning to motion control with the next Zelda. Besides, the more controllers they use, the more complicate the game controls will be. So to keep things easy and unique, I think they will stick to the tabled only with the next one.
In fact I would prefer if they come with a brand new remote with the WiiU. Wii Motion Plus simply doesn't work well enough, requires constant recalibrations, and it uses batteries for god sake...
