To be honest, I don't care if we have to control Link via voice commands (like that one ps2 game) so long as we don't have to use motion controls anymore. Having held the Wii -U's gigantic oversized Ipad turned controller at E3, I can not say I am looking forward to using it (classic controller will be my best friend in absence of Gamecube controller), but it at least will be a step up from Wii remotes.
I am sorry, I just don't care for motion controls. To me, it is a downgrade in the same way that a controller is a downgrade from a keyboard/mouse. Based on the Zelda teaser stuff at E3 it would seem that they direction they are considering involves heavy use of the Wii-U controller which, like I said, will be a step in the right direction at least.
I speculate/hope that they will bring out a new improved version of the classic controller pro that has clickable analog sticks and a few extra buttons or something to make it more in line with xbox and ps3 controllers. If they serious about recapturing the hardcore market then this needs to happen.
