No, by that time (WiiU) it will be AC 4... Though maybe they will first publish an AC Trilogy on it f irst.

Ubisoft like to have games arround hardware launch windows and given the late 2012 launch for both Wii U and AC3 it's almost certain that it will be on Wii U IMO.
