I wasn't really sure about it until I looked at the character models, thing about Xenoblade is that everything looks technically good from a distance, and you have to get right up to it to see that it's actually pretty damn jaggy and the textures aren't that great. Artistically I think a couple of the environments are particularly awesome like the swamp at night, and having things built on the backs of giants makes for some really cool landmarks throughout the environment. These are the things Xenoblade does really well when it comes to visuals.
