not to mention the heat generated on that much ram on die would probably melt the plastic case
even 96 MB would be crazy amounts of l3 cache, unless they mean total embedded between the cpu and gpu, 32 MB l3 and 64MB on the gpu would be absolutely phonemenal,
plus this rumor is just silly
one other thing, I bet sony doesn't reveal the full ps4 specs, much like sony unvieled only some of the psvita's specs, we'll probably know the processor families and the amount of ram and nothing else.
