no he did not, i'm at the moment trying to go back to those cutscenes (for anyone who don't know go on Campaign and then go on Extras then story cutscenes its easier to do that instead of playing the whole level)
like i said, they missed placing some of the textures and forgot to add anti aliasing , and from this photo it seems they forgot about the shadows as well.
here is a pic i took of that same scene (sure its from my phone but its good enough for you to notice the difference)
