I get what you mean, but that idea has 2 main flaws that make it impossible to come true.

1-Each studio/developers handles their games on their own way (the FPSs from Crytek are different from the ones of DICE, which are also different from the ones made by Infinity Ward), meaning that what consumers liked about the first game may be gone in the second installment, "ruining" it for the buyers if the first one and killing the IP.

2-Creating a new IP is a very complex task and no reputable developer will agree to do all the hard job for nothing (and by nothing I mean no rights or further benefits of it). That would mean that Nintendo should at least create the IP and the first game and then hire the developer for the sequels, but that opens up 2 scenarios: one where the game is a success and another where it is a failure. If the game is a succes they won't need a famous developer and if it's a failure then there is no point in making a sequel.
