Even if you had a 360, you should buy this game on a PC. So far I haven't experienced any big glitches other then occasionally having the hotkeys not work in the menu, you can just use your mouse anyway.
The PC version will always be the best despite the 360 being the lead platform. The modding community for elder scrolls has always been amazing and you can expect them to fix many of the glitches bethesda left behind.
Yes it sucks that bethesda did leave lots of bugs, but thats the price you pay with these types of games. Its not like uncharted or final fantasy where you can just test everything in the campaign with one or two playthrough. There is near infinite amount of things you can do in different orders, etc and they can't all be tested. The ps3 glitch with the memory is inexcusible but you should always expect some glitches with quests considering its impossible to test every single order you can do the quests in.
