well I wouldn't say microsoft isn't investing at all. They recently bought skype. I read they are working on buying yahoo a few weeks ago. Don't know how thats going. They are spending money on the nokia partnership. They are spending money developing the next xbox, and windows 8. That is a lot of money to have on hand though.
