While the above is hyperbole, it still illustrates a very good point. Even with all the drastic changes Nintendo has made to the Mario formula, not mention their other franchises, you act as if it would be a HUGE stretch of the imagination if they added a little more depth to the Smash Bros. gameplay. Or, God forbid, had it where you could pick up MORE THAN ONE power-up in Mario Kart and select between them with the tablet controller. Sounds like a natural progression to me.
As for your petty humiliation comment, lol. Yes, the internet is "serz biz." And I get embarassed when people don't agree with me. My life sucks like that.

Even with this "natural progression" you speak of, you still couldn't make a good case that these additions would be a problem for non-Wii U controllers. That's the problem with this thread, you talk about a trouble you see, but are incapable of describing an actual trouble. Since it was you who made this thread, the burden of proof lies on you.

No, I have given you examples, as well as pointed out why Wii-motes will cause problems, you choose to brush them off. I wouldn't expect anything different, though, you are a Ninendo supporter. We usually defend our console/company of choice or ignore their faults. But trust me, if I am seeing this as a problem, there are others who will see it as one, as well. And not just Sony or MS supporters.
