Kinect Sports, Sports Champions, Kinect Joy Ride, and the other games on the list...shovelware. every Wii game that looks like the ones you mentioed for the other 2 system is shovleware.

Multicoloured PS3's are coming to the US? If this happened last year, I may have replaced my PS3 right away. Still going to wait on a PS4, I know it's not too far away now. so far to my knowleged only the white is coming. i'd wait for a PS4 aswell unless ta PS3 hits $199-$179. i know you want to be my PSN friend so we can domonate the world.
I also dunno if Halo will be a major hardware boost. I don't think it will, it will just lessen the drop post MW3. However I think the game will do the franchise good. Reach raised new questions for Halo 1, which I don't remember the answers to. I would like to replay Halo 1 now anyway, and the added map packs for Halo Reach is a nice bonus too. agreed.
For Resistance, I'm the opposite. I don't care for weapon types, just want a couple funs ones. I car more about how fun the gameplay is, and enemy variation. So Gears 3 and Vanquish were awesome for me, and so was Halo 1 and Metroid Prime 1. yea i love them all an be shocked cause as one of vgc's i wouldn't say biggest ninty fans i have yet to play a Metroid game.
BO...Well right now it looks like BO and MW3 will be the only PS3 games to top 10 million :P Clearly the users are growing to love CoD more then the exclusives on both systems. yea i'm not sure how to react to this reality. it seems Americas got a nice boost this wk for 360 it will be interesting to see what happens in the EMEAA. even with UC3 released which i think needs an adjustment up 360 could take the first wk of Nov. in a wk PS3 should have won so right now it looks like the tables have turned. we likely have 2 days to wait and find out but it will be interesting to see.

Way to burn the Wii. It has it's share of great games. 2 Zeldas, 2 Metroids, 2 3D Marios, Donkey Kong Country, Smash Bros, Mario Kart (possibly the best one yet), and a few good (some ridiculously good) RPG's. After Kirby, some Dance Games, and a few hardcore exclusives, it's all shovelware.
Seasame Street has a purpose though. To give 5 year olds ADD, that's where it's from 5 minute skits.

I'd rather wait for a PS4. It will likely be BC, and even though I have played and beated most PS3 exclusives, I can still catch up on trophies and platinum some games.
Have yet to play a Metroid game??? :-O!!! Start With Metroid Prime 1.
PS3 will win Uncharted 3 week. It's still far enough ahead to hold it's lead.
