I am not sure if Kinect number are shooting up because of a so called "Kinect effect". I believe it has a lot more to do with the fact that the Kinect bundles (especially the $299.99 4GB version) are recieveing big gift card promotions. One such promotion for example is Gamestop who is giving a $100 giftcard with the purchase of a 4gb Kinect bundle purchase.
iPhone = Great gaming device. Don't agree? Who cares, because you're wrong.
