That wasn't actually bad for an artist, i've seen much worst "Shit" art that was just ridiculous.
take Yu Kobayashi for example , this is what she made.

Tl;dr.
he actually use his piss and semen to produce his "Art" , and was most famous of a picture of him pissing on a small figure of jesus , that picture made him an "Artist" , or "arts" by him are pictures of piss and jizz mixed together.
more of his "Arts" include old people having sex, a woman holding a horse's dick, a woman in lingerie stained in her period's blood, and some other "shit" like that
