It's not an official title yet. I have heard that it could possibly be called Skyfall though.
It's also been rumored that it might be called Property of a Lady (this was the name of one of Fleming's short stories so it might be true also). I prefer this title to Skyfall to be honest.
Yes, it will definitely be Daniel Craig. He's signed for this and the next movie.
