Well, you would be wrong. Maybe the games were the same in name, but in terms of their content they were notably different. The Super Mario Land games are not like Super Mario Bros. without color. Mega Man on the Gameboy is not like Mega Man on the NES without color. The list goes on and on. There were barely any games between the NES and Gameboy that were the same.

Just for argument's sake, lets say your right (which i dont think you are, not totally). WHich games for GB sold really well, that did not come from a console orginally?? The only one that comes to mind is Pokemon, and that is a JRPG, something that works well in both console/portable
