That is like me saying "Big whoop" to your comparison because PS2 outsold 360 from 2001-2006.

PS2 comment means nothing since your talking about 2 seperate generations. Also PS3 was out in 2005.....in Sony fans hearts :P. I kid I kid. 

But the comment wasn't about 360, just addressing the years that PS3 actually outsold 360, which would be 3 years if they do it this year.

Fair? Who said business was fair? MS released first and Sony waited. That means that 2005 was a given, 2006 was a given, and the headstart momentum made 360 win in 2007/2008 as well. But again, this comment wasn't supposed to be about the 360. 

Go ahead and make that comparison if you wish. I am just saying that it isn't really a yearly victory worth celerating when according to your logic MS was only competing with themselves.
