I think shipment will be around 2.5 m for PS3. i think they overshipped a lot last year.. and seeind the software sales i dont see they are shipping a lot more this year then last year.. rather they are performing a bit poorly on software front on two of the main markets US & UK.. (ya ya i know US & UK are not the whole world but they represent pretty big share in WW console market)

Mostl likely.  Besides, weren't PS3 shipments for Q1 of this year slightly lower than the 360?  If my memory serves me right, and that is true, then that would have been where any overshipping from last year would have been addressed, not Q3 like Noobie is suggesting.
