No hard 360 numbers yet, but the following article puts Wii LTD at 300K, nearly double that of the PS3, and just ahead of 360. Wii and PS3 totals match with the GfK data we have, so that would put 360 at nearly 300K in Australia, the streams having crossed. It also fits with Microsoft's mid-December 300K in Australia & New Zealand announcement, and would mean the PS3 probably just edged out the 360 in Q4.
