The Playbook is being updated with Android Apps, native email and calendar support. The Kindle Fire won't actually run Android apps other than those on the Amazon Marketplace, which is more limited AND is quite underpowered
I would not be so sure about business moving away from Blackberry, their encription is very important, and as yet, unmatched by other smartphones
