The only reason why the first one sold better on PS3 is because of the exclusive Joker DLC that Sony had. This time around there is no exclusive DLC for Sony. Also with the reviews that came out yesterday i expect the X360 pre-order numbers to have a huge boost for it's final week. (More so then PS3 because of the US userbase difference)
Plus in Europe they have the bundle which should keep things close over there, especially with the UK being in 360's favor. The bigger the game and more hype it gets the more it favors the X360 crowd.
